Took my daughter in there to have her phone activated. We got greeted by a older balding guy who instantly had a attitude and was honestly rude to us. Another gentleman ended up helping us he had shoulder length hair and beard totally professional at his job and service, thanks dude

The store manager George is rude and told me he wouldn't help me with the return of the wrong equipment that Verizon's customer support '611' errantly sold me. I tried to get a 5g hotspot and instead they added an extra line and told me to pick up the equipment at this store. It was 4g not 5g. So I was told to return the hotspot at the same store. When I went back to return the hotspot he told me that they were charging me a 50 dollar restocking fee. I told him it was customer supports mistake and they told me to return the device When asked if he cared that I was at the point of cancelling my Verizon services. He told me "No" He didn't care. I will never go to Verizon again for anything. Now they have sent a bill for 220 dollars for services and equipment that they have never provided. Do yourself a favor and go to T- mobile instead. If you live or work near Magic Mountain or west of the 5, you will get spotty bad phone reception and no data. The other people I work with have T-Mobile and it is very fast. I am cancelling my Verizon service and switching to T- mobile for fast 5g service. George, the store manager, represents Verizon and George doesn't care. Bye Verizon.

Rude customer service. Younger woman giving me an issue about a mask when I've been happily helped at other Verizon location and said I should go there. It was her tone for me and took my business elsewhere.Hi Nancy, we're sorry for the inconvenience. Non-vaccinated customers and employees are required to use a mask when visiting our stores. They screen at the door, and then let you in. They have hand sanitizer in different places throughout the store and limited customer at a time.
