I like it here.. been living here 11/2 yrs.. the residents r nice n can b goofy if they want (n we do get goofy).. the service personal do their best to smile alot n will help you with whatever.. the food is an 80 out of 100.. could use more activities.. used to go on bus rides to different places but haven't in a real long time n now it's cold.. went to Wal-Mart in La Grande once.. so most of the people here don't get out at all n have no visitor's so they just kinda sit n look out the windows.. settlers have alot of pictures of the outing but we have gone stale scence I've been here.. it's sad n depressing..

This is THE WORST PLACE EVER! They literally aren’t taking care of people to the point of them dying because of it. This is a ridiculous place I wouldn’t EVER let my family move in here. Short staffed or not this is the worst place ever!! DO YOUR JOB PEOPLE. What kind if business runs like that. The AC is broken and its 100 degrees!! What is that?! You trying to kill the residents?! Wooooow! What a sad place to be in, the owner must be so proud.

They are very short staffed. To the point my mom doesn’t feel safe. We pay way too much for this. Plus she hates the food. Seriously. Step up your game. Looking elsewhere

Seen residents wandering off getting all the way to the 35 Mph street before staff stops them to bring them back inside. Heard a couple horror stories from loved ones of people being "cared for" in the facility. Staff is not experienced enough to properly care for the residents.
