Update: changing review from 5 to 2 because its awful now since it changed from bush.. cheap soap or poor water quality now. Not worth the price. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I usually wash my car myself because it is rare, but i trust these guys my car comes out with a better shine then I've paid to have done previously i have the 3rd tier unlimited pass and for the price it's worth it! The employees take great care when handlingyour mirrors and windows. My only complaint is that my black plastic trim pieces always have a oil substance splattered on them that i have to buff out by hand but not bad for being a robot tunnel and the lights are neat 🙃 10 out of 10

After 3 washes through their machine , it does not wash the middle half of my back window or tailgate. Manager told me you get what you get, this is an express car wash.... All i had was gravel road dust on truck. Canceled my monthly membership I have had for years. Customer service and standing behind their work , is not their top priority.
