My step daughter bought a jeep compass and immediately had a battery issue with it. Update, R&S n I have worked out the issue which was a communication problem and I still love their vehicles even with the battery issue which I was pd for by them, it's a great jeep compass. Very good people/ owners

Careful what you're getting yourself into. My credit was bad and the only way they would loan me the money for the truck I was buying was to put $5000 down. Thinking this went on my loan and towards the truck. Didn't do my research and paid dearly. After paying off my loan my paperwork came in and the $5000 I put down went in there pockets. Also the truck had been in water halfway up the doors. Very sad, be careful do your research.

I purchased a car in July from R&S, they gave me a warranty through Cars Warranty Service, just about 4 weeks ago I started feeling something a little rough when making right turns, turns out at least 3 bad wheel barrings, and other possible issues in the motor, I had to take my car to a service station that could go through the warranty company, the service station spent at least a week on the phone with the warranty company and after three weeks I still don't have my car fixed, this held up the repairs. I have called R&S twice now and they just say call the garage that inspected it, no R&S could offer me some type of compensation for only having the car 3 months, it only has 76,000 miles on it, and not even being able to drive it, I believe that would be better business which goes a lot further! I will no longer refer anyone to R&S. I believe they should stand behind their product! Bad business!
