Have fun with whatever you get in a bag.... ordered food for my coworkers (not myself as I have standards) and when I hand them the bag, they're all confused as to why there's anything but their order. I know everyone has to feel sorry for fast food workers but these guys are garbage.

This Wendy’s has no business being so good. The last few times I’ve gone, the customer service is impeccable, the food is fresh and well made, and they get your order out in “fast food” timing. I honestly think this Wendy’s is probably one of the best in New England if not further. Whatever you’re doing, keep doing it. You can’t find fast food like this in the area. Way to go!

This place is pathetic. Avoid this Wendy's at all cost. You will wait 10 minutes after ordering and get cold food. Employee we dealt with acted like she was doing us a favor by working. They're more concerned about talking and having fun than taking care of customers.

I placed an order inside and noticed that every surface area in the kitchen was dirty, greasy and grimy as if it isn't cleaned regularly if at all and I also got yelled at for receiving the wrong item and asking for the correct one. The drive thru is always backed up during busy hours so you can expect to sit in line for an average of 3 minutes per car. I said my farewells to this location and won't be returning.
