In order to cancel your membership, you will have to go to your local PF and cancel in-person there OR you have the option of sending a letter via US postal mail, specifying your club, membership type and reason for canceling your contract. Hi there! We welcome members from the age of 13 and up. Those who are 13-14 require a parent or legal guardian's permission and supervision at all times while at our gym, while minors who are 15-17 only require permission (in the form of a signed waiver). Come on by or call to learn more about your options!
Don't worry, while your club is closed, we've got your back! Your membership will be frozen and you will not be charged any fees while your club is closed. We will make an adjustment on your next billing cycle when your club reopens for any unused days for which you have previously paid.
