Views from the lounge are really nice. Rideshare doesn't necessarily know where to pickup with the gates blocking the path to the check-in drive, so just put your pin out closer to the road. The fitness center is pretty lacking - one of the treadmills was broken, no sanitizing wipes, and no water inside. Room itself was good. Kitchen is really convenient for breakfast, though one day my potatoes were pretty heavily seasoned and I couldn't eat them. Overall good hotel option

Decent location. Free parking. Front desk extremely nice. Quick to respond and very helpful. They offer a free shuttle until 10p to multiple restaurants nearby which I thought was cool. I didn't get to use it though. My showers knob broke while turning it. They had a tech come up to fix it within minutes. Had a nice view of the water.

Loved our room with the couch sitting area, microwave, and fridge. The mattress was a little too firm for us, and we woke up a little sore. But, overall, we had a great stay. We booked again for an upcoming event.

Had a late post 11pm check-in, process was fairly quick. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Complimentary morning tea/coffee and bottled water. Will need to let them know if you have a car parked to get a paper issued to be placed on the dashboard.

This hotel is just south of Brown U by waterfront. 10 to 15 min to airport, which is south of the city.
10:00am on weekdays. I don't know about weekends since I wasn't there on a weekend. Concerning the price, you can get a complimentary breakfast if you're a Hilton Honors member and you choose breakfast instead of points. It's worth it.
Call the desk and ask. They are very helpful there.
