Dr. Sipala and the entire staff at New England Foot and Rehab are the gold standard for a medical office and staff. Prior to seeing him I have had multiple negative experiences with other DPMs and medical providers, and then I found Dr.Sipala. Between their administrative people, their medical assistants and everything communication wise, they’ve given me the best experience. Dr. Sipala was patient with all of the questions I wanted to ask and made me feel so comfortable. I had bunions my whole life and when I went in he validated my pain, explained the procedure options and why he would recommend the one he was choosing. He was knowledgeable and didn’t mind re explaining things at each pre and post op. It’s very hard to be the non medical expert in these situations, do not underestimate the difference an intelligent doctor with great staff and excellent bedside manner can have on your experience and healing. Oh and my foot look excellent too! If you need bunion surgery go see him!

I had a great experience with Dr. Sipala and New England Foot & Ankle. Appointments were efficient but never rushed, and I felt in good hands throughout the surgical process and recovery. I highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Sipala for the first time for chronic foot problems as my previous podiatrist moved. He is excellent. He carefully listens and is clear in his explanations. Several people that have been to see him had recommended him and they all mentioned how well he listened and explained things so they understood. The office staff were all very nice.
