Hi, Tracy That's a great question. The pros of a DMP is you make only one monthly payment, your interest rates are reduced, which results in a lower monthly payment, and you will pay off your debt faster. The cons of a DMP is that you will be required to close your credit card accounts, you must make consistent timely payments,and not every creditor will participate.
