If you like drip coffer than this is the place for you. The food is a bit pricey for the portion size. The overall atmosphere is pleasant.

I liked the look of the place and it’s a cute spot to hang out which is why i rated it 2 starts, but my breakfast sandwich had a hair in it, the employee girl with glasses was super rude and extremely unfriendly and not professional at all, and lastly my smoothie tasted like absolute nothing. I was expecting my smoothie to be fruity but it tasted like ice and water.

The barista name begins with a Y or R.. Yomar? Romar? I’m not sure. But seeing him upon drink pick up is a disappointment. I’ve had many occasions where my drink has been made incorrectly. Like I can order it on a Monday, come in the following day and it be made completely different the next day also by him. I know coffee is a silly thing to complain about but when you are paying $4-$7 dollars on one coffee and tipping on top I would simply expect the correct recipe as well as service. With incorrect recipes he is also rude when told about the drink seeming different. Of course the one time I said yes please could you remake it? It was remade the same way and awful. Just wish I could enjoy my coffee where it is an every week thing for me but I guess I will be looking elsewhere for coffee downtown

You didn't refund the item that you didn't have. Next time refund item if you're out of it. Also the sticker on the lid is too sticky to drink out of it. Food is yum though thanksHi Claire, Thank you for the feedback on the sticker, we will look into other alternatives for to-go orders. Can you send me an email with your order details so I can pass the information onto the manager regarding the item that wasn't available? I can be reached at [email protected]. Thank you

Hello! Brew on the Grid is full compliant with all current mandates. We have tables that space guests at least 6 feet apart, in groups of 6 or less. We also have markings on the floor to keep guests separated while in line waiting to order. We have plexi-glass separating the staff from guests, and a sanitizer dispenser mounted by the front door.
Usually not too much noise there. Just your typical coffee shop buzz.
