The workers are awesome The only thing I could say that would bother me is the staff talking on the Nextel’s while driving their buses I don’t think they should be talking on the cell phones at all while driving the bus is

The ferry itself is very good but might be an idea to post seasonal sailing times on a big board or screen. The Palmer Road parking shuttle system however is horrendous. Extremely rude, aggressive and uncommunicative bus drivers who obviously hate their jobs and resent any question from a passenger. Also I can clearly see the risk of accidents as overloaded buses drive off at an angle while people are still queuing right next to and between the buses. Be alert.
