Went there in late 2014 to get fingerprinted for my job as a caregiver. I had a cast on my left hand & arm. Was not easy to get my pinky print and I was gonna have to wait for the cast to come off to complete fingerprints. The lady that helped me was patient and worked every avenue possible. She got the job done and I didn't have to come back (2 months) after cast came off. Great place, loved the cat..

Although I have a PMB at The Other Mail Service, postal mail box (private business with their own boxes to receive usps mail), as opposed to a POB postal office box at a post office location. They have no self service machines yet they are full service. Always really nice. I have been doing business with them for 10 years.
