We were there from 9 pm to almost 3 am. Nobody helped us. One of lady told us dr will be right with you after 23 minutes than 2 hours pass by no dr still seen my daughter. I asked them if I have to call 91 to help for my daughter. M daughter is only 5 years she had very high fever and she can’t hold food or water. This places is joking. I believed this places just take our tax money scams places. Stay away from this places if you can. I can’t explain in words how bad this places is. Nobody care about anything.

Tisilia... She is the night reception inst she's very uncompassionate, very rude, she laughed at me made my 1 and only time at orchard hospital the worst hospital visit I've ever had to experience... I was humiliated as she sat behind her window laughing at my misery and embarrassment... Very unprofessional and the many videos from this experience will be put for the world to see... Have a great day Tisilia, just a suggestion you're could try human decency make a habit of better choices

0 star!! This place is such a joke. Worse experience yet. From the reception to the doctor all bad service. Girl checking us in kept walking away from desk and would not put anyone on hold when she answered the phone. We walked in at 620 and she didn’t have us checked in or on the board until 7. Then waited 2 hours to be called back from the triage nurse and she also walked away without finishing vitals and came back after 20 min and did again. Asked questions and showed no concern. We get sent back to waiting room for another hour or so for us to be called back and put in the hall way with no bed or anything next to the vending machine. Explained to the third person what was wrong and obviously they don’t communicate. Doctor comes and only cares about what he has to say and when it’s our turn to speak he starts walking away. Worse service here!!! Never again !!

Head SOUTH if at all possible friend! I highly unsuggest Orchard Hospital (AVOID AT ALL COSTS) and it is a coin toss with Rideout... they treated me like a POS after I was assaulted and sent me packing even stated specifically that I did NOT have a bone contusion when in fact I did... they only did X-Rays how exactly does the "doctor" think he can give such a diagnosis with ONLY AN X RAY? WORST HOSPITAL STAFF AND CONDITIONS ARE BEYOND DISGUSTING...BILLED INSURANCE AS A LEVEL 4 TRAUMA but was the LAST PERSON SEEN THAT NIGHT... DR "L" Is a jugememtal, intolerant angry man who has no business being a doctor if he is going to treat his patients the way he treated me! Shame Shame Shame
I don't know the answer to that but I WOULD NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT PLACE! After being treated like less than vermon and making a formal complaint with the hospitals board of directors I was shocked to find that my bill was so padded and full of FALSE CHARGES I almost fell over. This makes me assume privately funded as a government audit would shut the doors forever on these crooks. I INTEND on turning them in for fraudulent billing practices.
