This would have been 5 stars except they have sand in their play ground... I love the fact that they have a wading pool for my grandkids... Needs more picnic benches... And I didn't see a bubbler

No. No track. There is a sandy playground, worn out basketball court, and a huge field that have a baseball diamond and cricket (spelling) game.
You don't need one if it's a small family going for a walk or to play on the playground. Not sure about using the baseball diamond for teams. But if no one is there and you want to use it with your family you could.
