Is so good start the morning and go and buy something that you need at safeway. I work at school and we pick up the kids at their houses, so we go for many cities around the bay area, so I always buy something at safeway on the way. Today is my first time buying in this safeway, bathroom was clean. And the best was the customer service from Paul ( I read his tag name) I really appreciate people working in places that are the face from the company. May God Bless You Paul, and this ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is for your kindness way to be.

I love the Balfour Safeway. It is well organized and always has most items in stock.

Checked receipt...overcharged $27. Sale items were on the app on my phone. Tech errors. Same issue at store on Balfour; had to go back and get reimbursed for overcharged items. Bad sync with computer.

This has been my go to grocery store for the past 20+ years. They are currently remodeling and have moved things around so it's taking some getting use to. Staff is friendly , lots of new faces as old ones have probably retired.
