Wanna get shorted and treated like garbage come here. So many times just rude and impossible to deal with. One star is too much, zero appreciation for the customer no respect for anyone except those they like. Terrible business with no regard for the people who make there business possible. I'm done with this place. Nothing personal to them but seriously bad vibes every time I've gone. They could easily do better just saying. finally got the hint after being asked to drive into and unload in foot high mud and just to be shorted. Not okay to rip people off who have been loyal customers.

I went by yesterday right before closing, I walked in, didn’t see anybody & so I stood at the desk for probably 5 minutes before a woman comes out & says “we’re closed” so I asked if they would be open tomorrow & I was told from 8am to 5 pm with an hour lunch between 12:30-1pm. I went back today to find that they were closed apparently since 12? I wouldn’t recommend this place, they are rude & lied to me.

I will no longer bring anything to sell here ever again, horrible customer service, this trashy woman with dreads had a terrible attitude because my drink cans had a few food cans in the bag and tried to take some from me without paying me for them, she done nothing but ran her jaw and complain the whole time I was there. I recommend Wilkes steel right next door they took them and paid me more don’t do business with people that have no respect it’s a two way street!!!

Wash mud off and dry
If they are in the office they do answer the phone but if a truck comes with a load they have go and direct traffic to back a loaded truck in to unload it because they unload across the street. They also go to lunch 12:30 to 1:30 and they close at 4. There are like 3 or 4 employees and 3 of them are across the street on the side they unload. And 1 does the equipment. So really only 1 is there to answer the phones and then direct customers to the other side after the weigh in. Maybe drive down and see how they operate and get a feel of their operation. Its a little confusing I know but we have used them for a long time and they are good people and have good pricing.
