Jack in the box has stepped up on their quality of food choices making prices increase but its worth it. Go here quite often for their onion rings. The only bad thing i can say is that they have no frozen drinks so I tend to go places that have frozen drinks and onion rings like Sonic and Foster Freeze.

Just got breakfast at this Jack in Box, got home and this is was I was greeted with when I took it out of the bag. It’s like they threw the eggs into the container with force. All the food was dry, cold, and rubbery, besides the hash brown which was hard and greasy and tasted like old oil. Not to mention we sat in line for at least 15 minutes waiting for this. Even my drink was watered down and tasted off. I’ve seen better food being served at soup kitchens. I can’t believe they expect people to pay for this quality of food and level of service, it’s disgusting. Will never get breakfast here again.

I'm usually a fan of jack in the box, but this one has the worst service I've come across. The waits are crazy here, but you're always given the same excuse of 'we're short staffed' 'our machines are down.' How are they still open if this is an everyday issue? I've had orders missing half the food, foods been both burnt and undercooked. Its disappointing overall.

When I arrived there were 5 cars ahead of me and they were not taking any orders. All the cars left and I pulled up to the microphone, sat there 5 minutes and nobody said anything to me so I pulled around to the window. I finally got the ladies attention and she came over and told me they were closed because her only other employee was on their break. The lady was very rude speaking to me. I explained that they were to be open 24 hours a day. She said she couldn't do it all by herself. I said what if I just wanted to order a drink and she said "well I could do that." I then said how do you know if you could not make what people want by yourself if you don't even take their order? I basically told her that I would report her to her district manager. This is when she finally said, "okay what do you want." I ordered a chocolate shake and onion rings. She then told me there shake machine was down and so I just ordered the onion rings. She then had me pull around to the front of the restaurant and she took orders from 4 other vehicles behind me. I waited 27 minutes for the onion rings to finally be brought out to me. This was my worst experience at a Jack n the box I ever had. I nearly drove off after waiting so long for the onion rings and when I did get them they were cold. The guy who had been on break brought them out to me and stated "I don't know what you said but here are your onion rings...sorry."

It might not be the computers. It might just be the person running it. Sounds like that person doesn't want to be there so they do something to mess it up. I have never had a problem with their computers when I go.
