I'm rating Michael's at the 5 star mark because of Grace! I visited about a month ago and everytime since I would be in the process to leave a review I would get interrupted. Grace is MEMORABLE and Timeless!!! Grace's level of customer service and spirit is so admirable. She had no idea the Friday evening I came in I had a very stressful day, and somehow we just connected. Thank you Grace for your kindness and generosity.

Only online for now because of Covid, but they're all free
Masks are required for all employees and patrons, social distancing floor decals are present at the checkout, and one-way aisles are indicated. Additionally, if you've placed your order you can pick it up at the front of the store near the entrance.
Probably, but I would call first. I've done that a couple times and they're always glad to check!
It is a crafts store so there is no chicken except those you paint.
