They do good alterations, and they generally take good care of the clothes they clean (I have done thousands of dollars in business with them). In general it's a good idea to get itemized receipts when you drop off clothes, even if it takes a little longer. I'm giving them three starts because they recently damaged the sequins on one of my favorite skirts, even after I asked whether they were able to clean it without damaging it. To their credit, they said they would replace the damaged sequins on the skirt, so I will give them 5 stars when they do!

Patricia and the incredibly talented staff at Moline-Kronberg cleaners are miracle workers and couldn't be nicer people. I brought them a complicated project on short notice and they went above and beyond to create a one-of-a-kind garment. I had an antique lace dress (from 1912) that I wanted to have made into a christening gown for my son and couldn't find anyone to take the job. In desperation, I went to Moline-Kronberg and they agreed to help. They restored the handmade lace so that it looked like new and the expert seamstress painstakingly reworked the bodice and sleeves to fit a baby! She did such an excellent job that it looks like it was made for him. I was truly amazed at the quality of their work and kindness. I will always be grateful to Moline-Kronberg for creating a such a beautiful heirloom for our family.
