Probably the worst Red Lobster restaurant we've ever been to. The mushroom appetizer was mush, the bacon wrapped scallops were barely cooked, it looked like someone drank from my husbands beer before they brought it to the table, and my salad was pure mush. Plus the whole restaurant just looked dingy and run down. Thank God we were just passing through because we wont be going back. Our server was nice and also attentive though.

Had the new lobster topped stuff flounder and it was delicious. My first experience with flounder and was not disappointed.

My son took me to this location for dinner on Mother's Day. There was no wait and we were seated quickly. We waited as one of the gals wiped down the booth. However, the table was still a bit greasy and there were tomato seeds which were stuck on the table and wouldn't come off when our waitress wiped it down again. There was some confusion when the beverages were bought to the table, they bought my son's Pepsi and tried to give me a drink that was for someone in another booth. Then they bought out my iced tea and a different drink for a different table. The food was really good though. Since I've dined at this location in the past and never had an issue. Maybe it was because they were busier than usual?

We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant.
