They sheared the tire bolt and broke the locking socket that comes with the car. They then damaged the rim taking the bolt pieces out with a metal Mallot and makeshift socket. Refused to pay for damages or replace parts. Instead held my keys away from me until I went to auto zone to buy replacement bolt that day. Made me pay ahead of services at that. I called over the phone to pick up the socket they “ordered” months later after needing it just for them NOT to give it to me but to yell at me . Highly unprofessional. I have the video of them removing the bolt and sheared key for the wheel lock (see pic below ). I had a BMW with anti theft lug nuts . The charge was disputed after they refused to replace the parts and charged my card twice for a tire replacement . They have a history of damaging bolts and lug nuts as before this there was a customer with an Infiniti who had pointed out they cracked his bolt after he bought rims from them . The technician was tightening when he should have relieved the torque from the nut . I arrived at 3pm and didn’t leave until 7pm. I would try the tire place down the street Pennys or Andy’s Tire Place. They’re more expensive but it’s worth the work .

Take your hard earned money somewhere else this is not a professional shop that will do a professional alignment job took my vehicle in paid $450 and I still had to take it to Les Schwab to fix what they couldn't they would not pay me the cost of the Les Schwab alignment they would only refund what they charge for an alignment I will never recommend this place to anyone.
