Be prepared to pass half of your day to get unloaded here, it doesn’t matter if you have an appointment, it’s just their way of working

Was told my appt time was 0800, took awhile to get in, when ro get my loaded trailer, was told to come back at noon. Came back at noon & was told they was just starting to load my trailer so to come back at 1400. Came back at 1400 & it took em awhile cause they was doing a shift change. Didn't leave til after 1500

Overwhelmed Security Guards, slow process to get checked in and out. Frustrated Truck Drivers cutting each other off adding to more chaos. Terrible.
