Guards are nice, you can park overnight. Got me in a door a half hour before my 6am appointment. After 3 hours in the door I go in to ask the receiver why it's taking so long to unload, she It explains to me that they unload 500 cases per hour and my trailer had 4000 cases, So it's going to take around 8 hours to unload your truck! Long story short , I was pulling out of the dock 45 minutes after I had the discussion with the receiver. Make sure you go in and talk with the receiver to let them know you're not a drop trailer if you have to live unload. If you don't discuss it with them you will be there for a long time.

Had my appointment sent for Saturday 11:00 am and they got me in a dock a 7:30 am sweet . I no less got coffee going and they where unloading . Everybody was real nice and polite . Had no problems . Would not have any problems coming here again .

*****You will need a 7 digit number stating with 12 to check in***** When you arrive, park in the waiting area which is on your right, before the guard shack. Park and walk up with your paperwork. Guard will check you in, head back to your truck. They will call you with a door. I had door 375 which is behind the back building with the red awning. If you get a door over 350, drive back to building with red awning, turn left follow around the back of the building to your door. Open doors, place paperwork in back of trailer, back in. They will come out with your paperwork once done Head back to guard shack and see you later. Overnight parking is available I had a 2:00am appointment. Got into my door early and was unloaded and back on the road by 2:30am Plenty of room to back into and out of your door

Overnight parking. Plenty of spacious backing. Make sure to ask questions about their process if you've never been there. The guys at the guard shack just assume you've been there are and are familiar with their process. Had a 5 am appt. Got there shortly before midnight and had a door by 3 am with unload by 630 am. Not a bad place for a live unload.

I'm still here. Door 109 this morning 6 O'clock is check in & now is 2.50 pm between close 9 hours for unload
Sums it up
Now you know how truck drivers are treated by the Wal-Mart's Meijer Costco etc distribution centers...we hope to have a porta potty...at the least...inmates get better treatment...
There is parking in a staging lot, and they do a pretty good job of getting you unloaded in an appropriate amount of time!
We are struggling to have employees at the warehouse. Trust me all issues are known and hopefully they will be resolved soon
Yes they have parking in the bull pen . Check in at guard shack when u get there and sleep till your appt. I deliver there all the time
Yeah. Like Ray say. They usually fast
Lots and lots of traffic
Park on the right and walk in to the guard shack with your info. Receiving will call you with duck#
Not sure the main problem is this staging area is a mess and hard to find parking
I had a friend who worked the docks and that lasted all of a week. If you can get a office job you are set

If you got it here then no. That is a Meijer operator license and can't be used anywhere else but Meijer.
Depends on what building and dept hires you. Its all above $13
Depends on what building and shift
Yes plenty but always go check in at the shack if you are early. 5/6 times I was turned into a drop and hook
