This place has extended the life of so many pairs of my dress shoes, re-heeled my favorite boots, fixed splitting soles, reglued boot linings and more. My husband even got a pair of nearly new Army boots for his son for a song.

We can not cut that much off, because your arch is pre set and your heel will be down and your toes will be up. The most is probably 1/2 inch.
I've not required that service so I'm not sure. I'm certain if they don't they can point you in the right direction.
