Staff at this location is EXTRA friendly... kid "play-and-learn" are good enough that they have a good time while the adults exercise. A modest assortment of gym equipment... enough to get the job done, but few very specialized resistance training pieces.

Our location does not accept SilverSneakers. SilverSneakers classes are offered at the Augusta South Family YMCA, North Augusta Family YMCA, Thomson Family YMCA and Wilson Family YMCA.
Our location does not participate in the Silver Sneakers program, but we do accept Renew Active memberships. Silver Sneakers is accepted at other YMCA locations including Augusta South, North Augusta, Thomson and Wilson.
