Great Starbucks at a perfect spot before you hit the highway. Drinks and chocolate croissants were on point. This one gets crazy busy so drive thru for one drink took longer than expected but I completely understand considering how busy they get

This location is hit or miss with staff and products. Lots of attitude and they regularly run out of a lot of the most popular items and then it's days before they're re-stocked. They're also extremely slow at times even with what appears to be an abundance of staff. Yesterday they were out of straws... Not just the tall straws like the previous 2 weeks, but ALL straws! All straws?!?! And if you want a refill, have the policy ready to show because half of them don't know it, or act like they don't in an effort to try to charge you again. They were out of the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap (again...it has been at least 4 days) but it was fine because how would I have drank it without a straw? So I went down the block to another place that serves coffee where the service was the best and the iced macchiato was the top notch. I then returned to join my husband.

The cashiers were very pleasant. Their bright and cheerful attitude made visiting Sarbucks a great experience! The food and drinks were amazing as usual!

Last few times I went in, there were 5+ employees behind the counter. It's not so much lack of staff, it's an incompetent management chain that can't get a schedule filled out. If you're understaffed, the managers are supposed to fill the gaps, even if you have to borrow partners from other Starbucks stores.
Mrs Miller, if you reached out to the store we will gladly make this right for you. We have tons of happy guests that come daily, and we are sorry you did not have a good experience. If you give us a chance to make it right, we always will. Have a wonderful day.

Two weeks ago, it was only drive thru and inside was pick up online orders only. :)
Was just whipped cream, I took a pic of it but I let it go. The other day I went and got a drink with vanilla bean powder. I was charged for the powder but they didn’t put any in my drink. Also, on my bday the lady didn’t give me my free drink because she said I had just downloaded the app 😒 I had just heard from a friend that I could get a free drink if I downloaded the app so I did and was very excited about that free drink went through the drive through, the drink was already made, saw it in front of me and everything and she said, “You have to have the app for 24 hours to get the free drink, so you either pay for it or, I won’t give it to you.

Check the app. Their opening hours change all the time. Sometimes they open at 12:30pm
