Okay 5 stars is just not enough... our experience was so amazing and memorable. Noreisis was our captain and she exceeded our expectations more than we could imagine. The boat was great, the lake was beautiful.. but the professional and unique experience that she provided for us was the cherry on top. Wr will be returning for another boat ride with this company solely because of the wonderful customer service. Thank you and see you soon.

We had a mixup with another boat rental company and Mo at Carolina boat rental was able to have us out on the Lake within 2 hours of our mixup. Great costumer service and prompt boat delivery. Would definitely recommend!

Rented a pontoon for my family to celebrate my daughters 17th birthday. I messed up and did not request pictures. Tons of friends have rented boats on Lake Norman and said they’ve never been offered anything over 4-5 yrs old so I assumed it would be fine. Big mistake! The boat was horrible. The depth finder did not work. The horn or the radio did not work. The boat was so old and beat up. I was too embarrassed to takeout to the spot that I usually anchor with friends. Horrible experience. Beware.
