This office is a joke. They are glorified to take calls. Mandy sat on the phone and spoke to me as if I'm not understanding what she's asking. The WHOLE OFFICE needs to get removed. They are not helpful. I'll start and finish my dispute in court. THIS OFFICE IS A JOKE AND A WASTE OF TIME!

I recently filed a complaint against a company. I had proof of everything that was putting me and my son’s health and safety at risk. After the company submitted there response the case was closed and the response was considered accurate. There was nothing else done. The consumer complaint analyst did not ask me any questions, for any proof, and that was it. My advice is take it to magistrate court or seek a lawyer!

I got fleeced out of $253 for a deposit and wanted to move might camping site at Hilton Head Harbor RV Resort & Marina. I had Covid, and because of that the client changed their mind about our appointments. We changed our schedule with two other camping resorts, but HHHRV Resort & Marina kept all but $3 of our deposit. South Carolina Dept of Consumer Affairs was absolutely worthless. The wrote a letter to the campground, the campground's well educated lawyer wrote a response. Both entities are USELESS!

If any of your lenders are going to charge over 17.99% interest, you will need to get a South Carolina Max Rate Schedule. You will state what your highest interest rate will be on this document. I would set it a bit above what your think your highest lender will charge to give yourself some wiggle room.
