Last night I made an order of the crew pack for Louisiana rub, lemon pepper, and mild wings along with cheese fries. Once I drove back home, there was only lemon pepper and the veggie sticks were not there. Had to drive back there to give them a chance to fix the order. Nobody apologized or acknowledged the mistake. Got back home and veggie sticks were still not there and the wings were all dry with barely any sauce on them. No offers to compensate the error and completely dismissive. Plan on getting my money back from this horrible experience.

The manager at this location in Stockbridge is the worst I have ever seen. She does not even talk to her customer she sends messages through her cashiers. Food is always horrible always inaccurate and never consistent. Wingstop hire someone who has real management skills and not just the body

I would rather wait 15-20 mins to have tasty crispy fresh wings, instead of getting rubbery wings in under 5 mins. It’s simply impossible to have wings ready in 5 mins. Why would you sell a customer stale food? Would you like someone to sell you stale food? I had so many questions. But I said no matter how many times good people complain about wanting good treatment, most won’t understand until they themselves have been treated unfairly. Please treat your customers as you would want to be treated. Don’t wait till you’re treated unfairly to treat someone fairly. I wasn’t please, I was extremely disappointed.. because this use to be my fav location.

Me and a friend entered, order right after each other, exact same order. My friend gets his food, eats his food. It's now at least 15 mins later and I have no food. Walk up to counter, ask about food, am then told I have to wait 10 min for chicken to cook. Manager is on cook line screaming saying if anybody is waiting on chicken it has to cook and rambling on. At this point I'm beyond frustrated, I wave my receipt in the air and say I've already been waiting 15 minutes. Mind you I have already seen several orders be fulfilled in the time I had been waiting. And after all that around 18 to 20 minutes had passed, new guess walks in orders sits down for no longer than 3 minutes and get her order. Now I need to go, I ask for a refund. Tell the cashier I no longer want my food. Manager comes up, no apology, just saying chicken needs to cook. I'm sorry but chicken doesn't take 25 minutes to cook, I worked in restaurant business for 17+years. I say, are you the manager as she types to refund my order. She has barely looked at me or spoken to me directly. She nods only indicating yes. I say, can you explain, how me and my friend ordered at the same time, and he got his order, ate his order, and now you're telling me I have to wait another 10 minutes. And that a new guess had just walked In and order and got there food. And I'm still waiting. No response, but chicken has to cook. Worst customer service and experience. No class, no manners. Several guest in lobby heard and were shocked at how long I waited. One even commented once I walked out the establishment about how terrible they were not to apologize and remedy the situation.

I'm a fan of wingstop I have eaten their wings in many different cites and they r the bomb. Unfortunately the wingstop in Stockbridge GA in my opinion is below average. They are definitely hit or miss at that location...
I've gone to this wingstop location a number of times. As long as I tell them how I want them, (crispy/drain the oil), I've been satisfied. I've received the dipping sauce with my order, maybe extra from what's given in your order is an extra cost.
