If you want your love ones to come home better than they left home, then send them to Brook’s Rehab because they care about there patients and they are so patient with them. I love the firmness but gentle touch they give to your love ones.

Brooks Bertram is an amazing facility. The care and concern for the patient and their family is stellar. This place has a culture developed to ensure the goals of the patient are met or exceeded. If you need in resident therapy I would recommend giving Brooks an opportunity to serve you. From the therapy to the doctors to the nursing and other staff you will be treated well. Also the food is pretty good.

The care at this facility is beyond amazing. Every individual was the every best at their particular role in my recovery. I cannot think of any area in which they could improve. I recommend this facility to anyone expecting excellence for their rehab.

Carol, I would try to call the Foundation they should have the contact person Here is the Brooks website Foundation Page https://brooksrehab.org/donate/
The couch in the room pulls out to be a bed for one family member. Beyond that they have a place across the street that's about $40 a night for any additional family that wished to stay near.
Thanks for your question! Helen's House is designed for traveling families and patients that are in our care. For more information: https://www.brooksrehab.org/helens-house
Marilyn, We have a non-denominational chapel located within our hospital, ran by Chaplain Bernie Jorn.
Hi Penny, Admissions to Brooks Rehabilitation locations take into account many criteria, the presence of Infectious Diseases is just one variable. Admission Criteria is not based on the presence or absence of Infectious Disease.
Try Helens House! Ask Brooks For Facility information. $35 per night.
I think it is 7am to 9pm. After 9, they lock the doors and you have to be signed in with an overnight visitor badge to get in.
8:30 am - 5 pm.
The length of stay will vary. When admitted they will make an estimated length of time and reevaluate as needed. If the patient is a child than a family member should always be present but it's not needed at all times for adults as the staff is amazing. There is enough room for someone to stay overnight with the patient and there is a place across from the hospital that has affordable prices for additional family members that wish to stay close.
They have a gift shop in the lobby area
I would call there or ask the primary. My daughter was off her feeding tube before going but there were patients there on feeding tubes.
I would call them directly, I'm not sure the right people would see this question on Google maps.
Thank you! You can fill out the form on this page to get more info! https://brooksrehab.org/cyberdyne/
