You have to get out of your car at this location which I’ve never had to do at a Valvoline, just a heads up if you didn’t dress to get out of the car like I did lol. Staff was so incredibly nice and I was in and out pretty quick! They also offer other services that you’ll need but don’t pressure you to buy anything which is a plus if you have trouble saying no!

Excellent service. Small place. They do their best with what they have as far as the limited space they have. You should expect to wait if there's Customers ahead of you. They are trained to bring any issues they observe to your attention. That's a good thing. You are not obligated to accept their recommendations beyond the service you initially requested. If you can afford to have these additional items taken care of right then and there, it only makes sense to do it. These guys are hard working and do a good job of no matter what you choose to have done to your vehicle. I find them to be trustworthy. I am a former mechanic that no longer wants to climb under vehicles to do this type maintenance on vehicles.

Went in for oil change, have used them for years with other cars, had a different car this time and when I got there they said two people ahead of me...ok. I sat done and waited...I saw the 2 cars being done get finished, than 2 more go up, than 3 more get done also, to me that's 5. When I questioned a technician he said that they were ahead of me, even though the cars came in parking lot after I was there .... My total wait time was 2 hours and 5 minutes. Looking for a better place to get a oil change Also did not show me my Air filter until I asked to see it, and oil level on stick after the change was done.😞😬😞😬😡😡😡
