This is my go to post office and primarily and happily, Joy takes care of my postal needs when I come in. Joy is not only a consummate professional, but she is also kind, compassionate, and caring, in dealing with myself and all of whom she encounters throughout the day as I have witnessed while waiting in line. No matter how busy she may be, she always finds time to talk to each client and ask them how they are and about their day. Through Joy’s smile and her positive attitude, she truly does bring joy to all she meets. A welcome change in a world that carries so much unnecessary hate. I thank you Joy. Horrible communication from our local USPS office. No official notice regarding what's happening and, of course, there is no way to talk to anyone via telephone. It almost seems criminal.

No it won't be returned you need to contact the company and have them take you off their lists it gets thrown away at your local post office if you put it back in the mailstream

If it was delivered to your address in error, just put the mail piece back in the outgoing mail and it will be redelivered correctly.

Due to the fire and holiday weekend the local post office is stretched extremely thin...At 8:30pm last night I saw a postal delivery truck still delivering and Tuesday at 2pm the line of people waiting to be helped at the Valombrosia Office extended the entire length of the inside lobby to the furthest entrance. It's worse than Christmas there and I expect they are simply too short on staff...
