BE AWARE, of this distribution center!!! I ordered Iphone 13 through T mobile and was told I would recive it in 2 business days and someone would have to sign to receive it. Days later I got a text saying it was delivered, with no signature needed. When I got home it was a 70 pound waterfall sitting on my porch instead of a 1 pound phone. Went down to the distribution center to be told that they received an empty, open box. I asked if it was open and empty why did they scan it in like it was delivered. She told us that they have to scan something so they scanned it in and left someone else's package on my porch. Very shady and unprofessional!!! On top of it all they're continuing to give us the run around. We're talking to lawyer now but its a process and an expensive one at that. After reading other reviews on here, at some point it stops being a mistake and becomes criminal!!!

This experience is about all of ups I had an item ordered & shipped to me it came in broken well I called to have it replaced the replacement never got to me it was lost in shipment

This distribution center is holding our package hostage. It is 2 pounds below the freight shipping weight but they refuse to deliver it ground. The box is also smaller than the max length & size requirement for ground shipping. My favorite part of the run around we’ve received when trying to get our package delivered is that this isn’t the first time we ordered this and all our previous identical orders (which were the same size & weight) was delivered UPS ground. We didn’t have any issues at all when it went through a NC distribution….just saying

I drove an hour to pick up my packages and the doors were locked. I talked to a lady and she was not sure what time the location closed. She did not know whether it was 6 pm or 6:30 pm. There is no way to contact the location and the UPS Customer Service kept giving me the run around because they did not know either. Online, it says the location closes a 6:30 pm so when I arrived at 6:10 pm, I should have been able to get my packages. I paid almost 20 dollars to get my packages held for pickup. If the hours say 6:30 pm, the location should be open until then. I am going to need my fees waived or I am going to need some gas money for this wasted trip. Gas is way too high to be doing this. I have never had this issue with FedEx.
