None of the staff was very helpful or very knowledgeable and would send you to somebody else so you ran around mostly trying to find answers . One gentleman who retrieves the two ducks I wanted was very helpful very polite and the lady who did the rat poison was also very helpful and polite the rest of them seem to be short and in a hurry too busy to help

Yes they are hiring.
It's 1st come 1st serve so they do recommend getting there about 30 min early to get in line...depending on if more people show up that day. And Here are the hours: Sunday December 22, 2019 from 4:00pm until 5:30pm Sunday December 29, 2019 from 4:00pm until 5:30pm Sunday January 05, 2020 from 4:00pm until 5:30pm Sunday January 12, 2020 from 4:00pm until 5:30pm Sunday January 19, 2020 from 4:00pm until 5:30pm
