This franchise WAS one of my favorites, not any more. Our kids loved the Supreme combos and I loved the biscuits, but quality and service are lacking. The staff is rude and foul-mouthed,lazy and have no idea how to make a decent sandwich, much less have the ingredients in the actual bun. The fries are cold and usually burnt with way too much salt. The the drinks are all ice and most of the window workers have ZERO friendliness much less respect. We'll be going across the street to Chic fil A.

I will not be returning to this location they have a score of 87.5 the managers are so rude and nasty. I watch the manger fix my biscuits this morning with no gloves on and with her bare hands. This is a disgrace.
