The employees at the Pawtucket location are so professional. Each was courteous and helpful! I was there late on a Friday, despite a line of customers & probably short staffed, they were polite and calm. Jacob even cleaned the car I wanted because the detailers had left for the day, I also spoke with Ryan on the phone and he was understanding of my situation. Wish all businesses had such competent, well mannered employees!!

I don't even know where to begin. Very Poor Communication, Very Poor Organizational Skills. I could go on and on but then it woild make this review personal and I don't want to do that. I just encourage you to find another branch and with the Airport bring so close that woild be ideal.

They nitpicked me for damage to the car. When I requested a picture of the damage in question it was a scrape so small that I never noticed it during the week or so I had the car. It's one thing if I crash the car (or someone crashes into me); it's another to nickel-and-dime customers over something very small that was probably caused by someone scraping the bumper in a parking lot. Now I need to spend a lot of time dealing with my insurance and Enterprise's "damage control unit." Very frustrating.
