Stayed 7/22 for 2 days it was a wedding weekend. We had blocked rooms and many guests from out of town. Almost all the rooms had leaking A/C units. Notified the front desk there responds was the maintenance staff called in and there was no one to fix it. The floor around the AC unit was completely soaking wet. They did however have a great breakfast.

This is a very nice hotel. When we arrived to check in staff was super friendly and nice. They even gave us some complimentary water to take up. They even directed us were everything was. Elevator, pool, Gym. The free breakfast is very good. Bagels, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, juice, breakfast sandwiches. We chose to stay here because the wedding we were attending had blocked rooms. I am so glad they chose this hotel because it is very nice and we had a great stay!

My husband I were in town for a family funeral. We stayed in separate hotel because we wanted to be comfortable and like the amenities but room was not as clean as expected. I read reviews before booking the hotel and expected more. First night was good but the 2nd night the hotel lost power due to the weather. The power did not come back on until next morning and 1 hour prior to check out. We did not get compensation no power or hot water. I called and spoke to the manager the next day and she compared the power outage to the airlines that they wouldn't compensate if a flight was cancelled due to the weather. The airlines would at least assistant with getting a room and voucher for food or something. Kind of a disappointment.

I stayed here for 2 days (A little mom-cation, gifted to me from my family for celebrating 4 years sobriety💪) and here are the pros and cons: Pros: •Newer building so everything is super updated! •Staff was extremely nice! Every single lady working the front desk was great! Mariash was especially helpful at check in and helping me with a small problem in my room. In no time flat she was handing me a key to a new room to fix the problem with my initial room. • Small Fridge & freezer, sink with disposal, 2 cup coffee maker, kitchen storage, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, living room area (in my particular room) with couch, end tables ottoman, big TV and small computer area with a roll out table and desk chair--that came in handy for dinner. Nice stand up shower with sliding glass doors and plenty of towels! •24 hr coffee bar •Beaituful outdoor seating area with a fire pit at night! •Pool with 2 grills and patio area just outside the doors. •Gym • Laundry facilities Cons: •Could have been cleaner. I was a little turned off by the bathroom. •Theres a little "convenience store" near the front desk that carries snack foods, frozen foods and your basic OTC meds. But you'll pay an arm and a leg for them. It's ridiculous. Price gouging at the finest. It's why I'm knocking a star. Aside from those minor cons, it's really a nice pace to stay!
