If you show up in the evening you can stay until you unload. They'll wake you up around 2am for paperwork and if they need you to move, they'll find a spot for you. During the daytime the other businesses will kick you out of the parking lot, but in the evenings or on weekends you're fine. They don't like you staying once you've unloaded, though. There's an alley across 2nd street I've parked along but I have seen tickets being handed out there.
