I dropped my 2011 Lincoln Navigator off. It was having some issues my local mechanic couldn't figure out. So I was like let me take it to a Ford Lincoln dealer. I made an appt. It took 2 weeks which was fine. After I dropped it off I called back in a week because I hadn't heard from them. The lady that was handling wasn't available. Then I receive a text from her basically don't call them they will call me. 5 days go past I go there because I have some things I have to get out of the back because it's been so long. I went right to the spot I was told to park it at originally. I went in to get the key. A gentleman walked me out to get my stuff . I notice that the tire was going flat (which I knew had a small leak) Now the gentleman was awesome, spoke about my plates and me being a vet like his dad. I explained my wife was to give birth in 12 days and my mother in law was coming in to town and I really need my vehicle as soon as possible. He assured me he would let them know and they would make it a priority. After waiting 11 days I came to pick it up still sitting in the same spot with a flat. I went in to get my keys. The lady seemed to be shocked I was there to get my keys for my truck 3 weeks , no answers nothing fixed just disappointing

Terrible customer service what a shame Ford service is not what it used to be!!! Call your service MGR why would I do that if your staff treats people that way YOUR NOT DOING YOUR JOB
