My husband and I both have back issues and felt a massage chair would be helpful since he previously had owned one for about 20 years and then retired it. They have certainly come a long way . Nick was very patient as the first one we bought seemed like it would be too big for the area we wanted to put it in Nick came to our home and measured the area and agreed it would be a tight fit . We then picked out a new chair and it was delivered in two days . Nick and his assistant were amazing delivering it and putting it in the area we wanted . We are so happy with our purchase and know that Nick will be true to his word and service the chair when necessary . Thank You Nick!
