This review is regarding the maintenance team and my recent experience. I moved in recently (less than a week) and needed a few things fixed in the apartment. Yoshi with maintenance has been wonderful. He has been so responsive and took the time to answer my questions on other concerns even though it was not yet logged in as a work order. He did come back and address those work orders same day/next day. I am still waiting for a few things to be fixed, but I have timeframe for those. I would recommend requesting for Yoshi if possible. Very friendly and caring! As for the apartment, wish we didn’t lose hot water 2 times within the same week we moved in. Hope they will resolve that because it’s not acceptable to pay for all utilities and not have hot water due to some rain. Though, I hear they are getting that fixed. Community seems relatively quiet. Pool and fitness center are nice. Parking is great. Laundry room is kinda far from my building. Wish they had 2… If anything changes, I will revise my review. Otherwise, not many bad experiences so far, and many great experiences with maintenance.

I recently had my two AC units cleaned by Yoshi and Abel. They made it a priority to get the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. I put the call in and in the same day they were able to complete the job. Both techs did a great job with communication and I really appreciate the timely manner in which the job was done. I have been here like 7 years and hadn't had a lot of experience with needing maintenance. Yoshio showed up Monday morning with a great attitude and very positive energy. Everything is fixed and functioning as it should be. I hope I can request him by name for future issues. He brightened the day.

Not really. If you dont pay by the first, the office will start harrasing your apartment leaving notes on the door. The notes are intimidating because the office makes sure that you are aware that they could take the tenant to court or go trough the eviction process. So my suggestion is just pay before the 1st. And to answer your questions you most pay on the first
Yes, our onsite maintenance team is available Monday through Friday during regular business hours, and they are also available for certain emergency maintenance situations outside of business hours.
