Great company, customer service is spot on. I usually talk to Babrbara who initially walked me through their online ordering system (our tank is only a 165 gallon which is rare). Deliveries are always pleasant if I am here, but if I'm not, I know the guys always do a great job going through the maze to get to the fill pipes. They also park on the road to never have any spills or get oil drips (another company parked on my driveway and I had a 3x3" oil stain). But Payless takes extra steps to ensure that never happens. Thanks to all the staff for a great job.
