The stylist is a sweetheart. Unfortunately, my cut is NOTHING like the picture I provided. She did the cut SHE wanted to do and that was it. I cried for two days. Finally came to the decision that it's just hair and will grow back. I will not be returning to this location.

DO NOT GOT TO TIM I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO TIM!!! HORRIBLE. HE CUT MY DAUGHTERS HAIR SO CHOPPY. HE SURE REPRESENTS THE CUTTERY OF THEIR BUSINESS NAME. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DIDNT LISTEN TO A WORD MY DAUGHTER SAID. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! HE SHOULD BE FIRED I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW HE GOT HIRED. SCHOOL STARTS NEXT WEEK AND I FEEL HORRIBLE FOR MY DAUGHTER IVE NEVER SEEN HER CRY SO MUCH. LIKE I SAID DO NOT GO TO TIM.

I called yesterday and thank goodness they were able to get me in. Everyone was friendly, it was clean, and I was able to get a wash, cut (I have very long hair) and a blow dry. I genuinely enjoyed my experience. Arjana was very professional, kind, and efficient. I live closer to the Durbin location, but I will be coming here from on on. I definitely recommend.
