The Verizon store in Utica NY is number one. I had to update my Hum device. Went to the Store in Anderson SC and they placed a delayed activation on it. Traveled 800 plus miles only to find out I did not have Hum connected. Went to Oneonta twice and they told me to see the car dealership to hook up my Hum. That was a no from me since Hum was a Verizon product and had nothing to do with the car dealership. Finally got to Utica and they hooked me up. Took their time to set my phone up for Hum. This store in Utica needs an A+ rating.

Horrible. Changed my plan without permission. Said I would get all these discussions. Lied!! Changing service ASAP!

worst service possible. couldn't recover phone # as we tried another service, mint no coverage in our area, and it was too soon from when we changed. said they couldn't do anything at the store for 90 days. gave me a # to call, but it comes up as closed. i called at 5pm then at 10 am same message, when are they open???Hi Robert, we're sorry you had a frustrating time trying to get help.
