Use to be a good bank but lately it's been a joke sat here for literally 4 hour trying to figure out why they froze my account and stole my money and they have yet to figure out how to give me my money (my money) This bank is the worst bank ever terrible experience this the second time it has had happened very un organized. I have one day off and no money to run my errands. (Highly Not Recommended!)

I have had nothing but good experiences with many different Chase locations. I would definitely recommend.
