WARNING: this place is garbage. I've been trying to get my first time homebuyers certificate sent to me after taking the class a year ago. Save yourself and go absolutely anywhere else.

No one has answered the phone in 6 days. Yet to have a call returned for 7 days. After mailing in address change they are still using the old address.

I was shocked to find a parking spot.. I didn't know they had a Drop Off Box and didn't have to enter the building!

A landly can request an inspection anytime as long as you receive propy notice. He might just want to check on upkeep or pets or If someone is living there that isn't supposed to. No big deal. Nothing to hide no problem. Housing inspects yearly anyway.
