I am a recovering alcoholic who thought he had the answers to everything. My addiction to alcohol began to have physical repercussions and so I quit. I quit drinking, but never began to get SOBER (physically, mentally, and spiritually) …

While recovery is what one makes out of it, beware of the recovery sober house. With New Insights you think you are sending a loved one to get help. Recovery houses should be banned. They expect you to pay them with little help in return …Jen, I am sorry to hear that a family member of yours had a bad experience with a recovery house. I would like to make clear that New Insights has never owned or operated recovery houses in York or anywhere else. Sometimes a clinician will recommend that someone live in a recovery house and we will always try to make sure that we only recommend places with a good reputation. I would like to know which recovery house and where you are talking about so I can look into this further. Please contact me directly at our Lemoyne office.

I have a loved one who attends here to fullfill a court obligation. I urge everyone out there to please go anywhere but New Insights York. They tried to tell him after 17 classes and only one left to go our insurance was not paying so …

Questions & Answers

Does this place participate and abide by, and with participating insurance companies. Are they professionals, that are capable of providing legitimate receipts?

The employees here are professionals and are licensed and educated to help you. They work with insurance companies and they are looking out for YOUR best interest. No doubt about it. I am currently enrolled in a program here and I have found that the employees here are very professional and extremely helpful. They do provide receipts. Lee

What is your percentage of people who recover? Is that question too embarrassing for you? What results can you prove, when even your counselors are addicts. Back yourself up. Prove it.

You obviously had a bad experience and I can relate because retreat addiction centers sold me on what sounded like a free vacation package and then sent me to collections on top of a cobera payment turns out I didn't need. Anyway I had a bad experience and it all related. Your review is similar but useless. If your not a drug addict then htf would you know how could you relate to me. You couldn't just like the one from retreat. Very sweet girl but only way she could have helped was by being cute and distracting

Do they accept UMPC for payment of CRB? I don’t have 80.00$ at the moment‼️

We do accept UPMC. We offer a CRN that is $50 but they are not covered by insurance. It would be best for you to call the office and they can help you figure out which.

How much do the d.u.i classes cost total? And how long is the waiting list?
