I brought a friend to his first appointment today, he was early and the receptionist was very happy he arrived early. My friend went in for his first appointment he has been trying to get dentures for 7 years, he is on a fixed income and the quotes he has been getting is anywhere from 15,000. To 60,000 and I did not make an error on the above quotes. These people set him up five appointments for fittings and dentures were super professional, the office was very clean, and they went above and beyond on making it affordable for him. I made an appointment for myself before I left. He had extreme anxiety on our way to the appointment and was extremely excited on his way home. His visit was with Dr.Leighton. Highly recommend them.

Questions & Answers

Does your office do whitening? Does whitening toothpaste work?

Yes, we can fabricate custom whitening trays. Once made, we will ensure they fit properly and will review the whitening instructions with you. You will receive enough whitening material for approximately 18 applications, and most people obtain satisfactory results within the first 6-8 applications. Whitening toothpastes work well at removing surface stains, which will leave your teeth looking somewhat whiter, especially if you drink beverages such as red wine, tea or coffee.

What can I do about sensitive teeth?

Sensitivity can be caused by many different factors. Any concerns that you have should be discussed with your dentist. There could be undiagnosed issues, such as cavities, contributing to your sensitivity. Once any such issues are treated, many times using a sensitivity toothpaste can help resolve any remaining problems.

What should I do if I have a dental emergency?

When should children have their first visit with a dentist?

Ponemah Crossing Dental, P.C. | Sep 15, 2021

Children should have their first visit with the dentist after the age of one (1). By this time, children may have their first teeth erupting. Our dentist will evaluate their new teeth and discuss with you how to properly care for those teeth. By age three (3), most children are ready to come in for regular cleaning and checkup appointments. We will help advise you on what is best for your child.
