Good clean rooms. The staff are great and conveniently located next to the mall. However it’s a bit weird getting to the hotel. A tiny road yields off to the right. Other than that. Great stay. Short staffed as is the case with everywhere but the staff is quick to accommodate

Not at all up to Comfort Inns standards. Needs updating desperately. Air-conditioning and furniture need new ones bought, worn and smell. The cleaning staff do their best with what they have. Bed was good. Room and Air-conditioning smelled. Wiring worries me. Breakfast was not at all up to Comfort Inns. Receptionist was never at cou ter. Door keys never worked. Have stayed all over eastcoast at Comfort Inns, sorry this one is definitely one of 2 not up to standards. Never said anything to staff, they can't do anything about it. It is what it is.

Comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and considerate to needs. Slept very well even with many guests on the second night. Overall could use some upgrades as building has begun to show it's age. Nicely located, commuted to Marshall University; shopping next door at Huntington Mall. Many places to eat a quick bite.

We showed up without a reservation after a long day of driving in the rain, and Rodney (Assistant GM) turned what had been a frustrating previous 2 hours dealing with another hotel into a really positive experience with Comfort Inn! They welcomed us and our dog, and our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. Thank you, Rodney!
