Amazing facility. The staff was incredibly compassionate and helpful during one of the most difficult decisions that our family has made. Highly recommend this facility. It was clean, the staff was very professional and caring. I really appreciate the card. Thank you for being patient with us and allowing us the time we needed to say goodbye. We know he is no longer in pain. Your staff truly was amazing. Thank you.

Really bad experience - made an appt for my dog to get a scope per our primary care DVM. Made the appt (two weeks out), they then moved the appt and now called and said they no longer have an internist that can cannot do the scope that he is suppose to have TOMORROW. Got an email this am about fasting etc. Surgical tech who called was rude and dismissive to top things off. This place is entirely unorganized and unprofessional.

TLDR: I am on vacation and had a small actual emergency when a stick got stuck in my dog’s eye. I received great care late at night and feel like the price I paid was justified due to the circumstances. I am out of state here on vacation and tonight my dog chased after a lizard on leash into a bush and a 1 inch twig/stick got in her eye that I immediately pulled out. This happened around 8pm and I called the number for emergency services and was speaking with someone within about 20 seconds of waiting. After talking through what happened with the vet tech I decided it would be best to bring her in, just case her eye was scratched. She is 1 years old and I didn’t want complications down the road. Turns out another almost inch of stick was behind her eyelid and the stick indeed scratched her cornea causing an ulcer. We were given eye drops and two medications and detailed instructions verbally and in writing from the vet. She came out to our car to explain everything and answered all our questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. We were charged for a 14 day supply of the 3 meds needed, an e-collar (standard cone of shame), a dye test to find scratches, a schirmer tear test, and the emergency exam/consultation fee. The emergency exam/consultation fee is mandatory for all visits and was $135. This is a pricey fee but at the same time this was an emergency service performed after normal business hours and it was the only emergency vet open in Jupiter 24/7. It makes sense this is more than a normal vet visit fee. While we were there other dogs came in and it was clear they had multiple vets on call. Overall I’d like to give a huge shoutout to the team working the night of 8/2/22. Thank you for all your help.

Took our black lab in because he had what turned out to be a hot spot on his cheek and our vet was closed because it was Sunday. The check in staff was very friendly and quick to get us a into a room. Hannah was amazing getting all the details and our dog prepped for Dr. Katz to examine. Dr. Katz was fabulous and very knowledgeable and got us everything we needed to make sure our dog would have a speedy recovery . I can't thank the staff enough and highly recommend them.

Hi there- thanks for the question! Dr. Ayoub, who is an internist, is very knowledgeable in managing liver disorder. If a pet needs surgery, all of the surgeons are capable, however, Dr. Padron has a special interest in hepatic and biliary surgery. Please call us at (561) 741-4041 to discuss further. We look forward to speaking with you!
They are open 24/7. Its literally huge and dead center in the middle of their website.
